A Plate of Pesto

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe.........This is a great morning to begin thinking about what I will be making for lunch or dinner tonight on the Cafe. Because of the season....A dish of Pesto calls out to me. The freshly made delicate basil leaves, mixed with garlic, olive oil, roasted pine nuts, and the best chunck of Parmesan cheese ever made. Blended into a whirlwind of homemade love and flavor. I'm sure that in a pinch, I guess there are a few good varities out there on the market. But the perfect dinner is a plate of Pesto, Spinach Salad, and Salmon, and of coarse a sweet glass of Pinot Grigio....OMG this meal will take you to places that will throw your taste buds into a spin.

So go out to the Cafe tonight and have yourself a wonderful plate of Pesto and your favorite glass of wine. Make sure you bring a favorite friend to enjoy some good conversation, with music to send your senses into that whirlwind.
