Soul Dancing

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe!! Have you ever had a desire to create your own dance, generate your own style and be alive with an amazing community of like-minded souls, then Dance Your Soul is for you! Dance Your Soul is our own unique creation on the dance floor. Now this is certainly different from those unique individuals we have all seen on the dance floor one time or another.......and you know what and who I mean.....LOL. It's a way to express ourselves through movement, dance and meditation. This dance/movement is freestyle in nature and will allow you to follow your journey and create a meditative, spiritual dance in a heartfelt community. No other venue creates the free-form journey movement like Dance Your Soul.

There are know guided instructions during the dance, just a very warm and welcoming crowd with open hearts. At the end of the musical journey, a powerful beautiful stillness arises. There is time for sharing at the end. The music is eclectic and inspirational so wear comfortable clothes to move/dance. As your body moves your spirit soars!! Adults of all ages are welcome!!
