Music Awakens The Soul

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe! Let's start this day with of coarse a hot cup of coffee and alittle music. Something like George Winston or maybe Chris Botti, Josh Groban....Oh my goodness there are so many! Now this all depends on your mood. You might feel like waking up to some upbeat music to get your day started, like The Supremes, Dave Matthews Band, and one of my favorites, Young the Giant. Or maybe some acoustic new age style, like Secret Garden, Spirit of Reiki, or Enigma, soft and inspirational. Whatever you choose, Its got to make you feel good.

The right kind of music can Empower and Inspire you to Dream. It can open the door to apart of your brain that craves that creative outlet. I believe it effects the flow of energy and it makes you feel really Happy. It certainly gets me through my day. Secret Garden and Enigma music has assisted me in many of my paintings. It has given me that creative power to do anything. Music transcends your soul.

So start right now and put on some music that makes you feel calm, dreamy, happy and inspired to master anything today.....Then tonight put on some Ray LaMontagne or Holiday Music for goodness sake!!
